There are many wonderful reasons to accomplish the things in our lives we seek, but no greater a life to live than one with true purpose. Most of us have jobs, daily task, projects, events and responsibilities of honorable meaning. However, reaching for success through purpose brings passion to every endeavor.
Every soul has a purpose and every purpose unique. When we are moving through life guided by our unique purpose, there is a flow of expansion and growth that is evident. Discovering your path to purpose is rewarding and powerful. Opportunities begin to align, doors open, while others close and learning and growth is exciting.
However, the greatest reward is the feeling of completeness, wholeness and fulfillment. The heart is full with a sense of achievement. Even when your purpose is still and always will be evolving, a sense of peace and accomplishment resides within, just knowing your endeavors have meaning. Your life becomes deeply meaningful as you begin, more and more to allow and appreciate the unfolding.
Living your purpose, you’ll realize, becomes of greater significance than the money you seek. Yet, truly, the money will be evidenced, as with any success. There is a saying I’ve always lived by, “Do what you love and the money will come.” The Author is unknown to me. If you know, please tell. This is an extremely powerful statement and been proven many times over.
Consider, Robert Ballard, how in the depth of his heart, loved under water exploration. Out of that passion, he built under water robotics no one believed could be achieved. He went on to discover the Titanic and many other elements that have changed oceanic sciences.
Just as that passion in his heart was unique, so is yours. What we love has a special place deep within us and in following this desire aligns us with our unique purpose. We did come forth on this planet to express our individual greatness. So, why wouldn’t we find our purpose within our heart, our love and our passion? This is our truest self.
If you think back, I’m certain you can pin-point many components throughout your life that have developed you into becoming all that you are today. We really begin to thrive when we accept our learning experiences as part of our development and allow our life to unfold into whatever our life is causing us to become.
This single point can be challenging for most. So many people hold their life’s experiences as issues of contempt or as fleeting happenstance. Your journey, pleasant and unpleasant is and always should be regarded as growth and learning. Every step of your life has been uniquely presented for your expansion and will continue as such. Great rewards can be gleaned with the acceptance of this, all to the unfolding of your life’s purpose.
When you combine the elements of your specific journey with your greatest desires, loves and passions, you give your purpose a voice. Discovering your purpose is nothing more than looking within to ignite your passion, as it is truly unfolding before you.
There is but one catch, a hurdle larger than most may consider and more difficult it seems than scaling the face of Niagara Falls. It is the ability to allow the evolution of your life and the greatest unique part of you to become your purpose.
I realize that sounds simple. Yet consider this, are you fulfilled? Are you realizing growth, expanding and expressing your greatest passion daily? Do you feel as if your life is larger than you are? Are you challenging yourself to reach further than you ever thought you could go?
Even if you believe you’ve found your purpose, allowing the movement of it takes courage. I believe we are all at some level, evolving within our purpose and our greater self. We are constantly bringing forth the manifestation of our passions to some degree. However, to experience fulfillment we must cognitively recognize every meaning and allow the depth of it to reign supreme.
When we can see even the most challenging times of our life as a piece to the puzzle of expansion and accept it with greater meaning we will begin to carve out for our self the life we came here to live.
How you can recognize and deepen your purpose for optimal fulfillment:
Gain Awareness – Gaining awareness of how your past has prepared you for your future can give you clarity. Think of your life’s journey, all of your experiences. Make a list of the most powerful experiences. This can be experiences both great and tragic, also, as simple as a lesson from a school teacher. Fall in Love – List the things you’re passionate about, what you love, something that just gives you chills when you think of it. Whatever it is that makes you the happiest doing it. This is where you’ll begin to reveal your individual expression of greatness. List these things and write about why you love them. When you describe why, you will gain clarity of what it truly means to you and the fulfillment of your life’s design. Find Cohesion – When we bring together these two aspects of our life, combining our heart with our learning, many things may begin to make greater sense. You can then discover why certain things may have happened for you and how it can become a greater part of you moving forward. Enjoy your life and all its uniqueness. Express your greater self, knowing you are here for a powerful purpose.
